Methodology and testing harness to assess the security of LLM agents and applications in production, mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications. Distilled from real audits: 5 probes (prompt-injection, system-prompt leakage, excessive agency, unbounded consumption, unsafe deployment), a client-ready report generator, and CI across Python 3.11–3.13.
krinoInsight — AI grading platform
Production system that grades student submissions (code, text, repositories and video) against course-specific rubrics, with human-in-the-loop: no feedback reaches a student without the instructor's approval. Multi-model LLM router (GPT for grading, Claude for feedback, small models for fast tasks), RabbitMQ workers on Azure Container Apps scheduled by teaching hours, Blackboard ingestion orchestrated with Airflow, PII guards on logs, private endpoints and full observability (LangSmith, Grafana, Application Insights).
6-DoF Pose Estimation for Robotic Bin Picking
Master's thesis: end-to-end pipeline integrating FoundationPose (Transformers, CVPR 2024) vs GDR-Net++ baseline on BOP benchmarks (YCB-V: 88.4% vs 84.5%, T-LESS: 77.7% vs 73.1%), with Diffusion Policy for multi-modal grasp trajectory generation. 293 tests, bootstrap 95% confidence intervals published as a PyPI package (bop-bootstrap-ci), Lie group mathematics (SE(3)/SO(3)).
Duckietown DB21-J4 — modernized autonomy stack
Modern autonomy stack for a Duckiebot on an end-of-life Jetson Nano (JetPack 4.6 / Python 3.6): YOLO26 object detection trained off-robot and deployed with TensorRT (mAP50 0.937), classical-vision lane following to keep the GPU for one network, two-layer route planning (reactive + A*/BFS), health monitoring, a native Jetson motor driver and a Gymnasium + PPO environment. 324 tests, simulation without the robot.
Conversational clinical triage & waitlist
Preferential-access channel for a specialist medical practice: an LLM triage chat (web and WhatsApp) that detects red flags, a review panel for the midwife with an explained priority level, a waitlist that offers freed-up appointments to the next patients in real time, and KPIs such as patient capture rate. Privacy by design: consent versioning, data rectification and access logs.
3D animated video generator
Pipeline that turns a JSON script into a fully animated short film with Veo 3.1 through the Runway API: a character sheet anchors the keyframes and each keyframe anchors its clip, so the same character holds from start to finish. Cost estimates before spending, cached generation and FFmpeg assembly. Used for corporate training videos in industry.
Chilean Sign Language + Canal 13
Prototype for generating realistic human-like avatars to translate Chilean Sign Language for TV broadcasts. Collaboration between Duoc UC and Canal 13 to improve accessibility across programming.
Predictive Environmental Monitoring (CROCO-OCEAN)
Deep learning over a high-resolution oceanographic model (CROCO-OCEAN) to predict environmental time-series variables at a real salmon-farming concession in southern Chile — the basis for early-warning and regulatory environmental reporting. NetCDF→CSV pipeline and DNN/CNN/RNN comparison.
Guitar practice app (Rocksmith cable)
Free software for practicing guitar on macOS: real-time pitch detection from the Rocksmith Real Tone cable, a tuner and fretboard monitor, monophonic exercises (scales, arpeggios, intervals, reading) graded on note, intonation and tempo, and a play-along lane. Python audio core + React 19 interface.
Mining QA Pipelines at Alaya
Led development of QA model evaluation pipelines for mining operations using Kedro framework. Built robust databases, deployment packaging, and model optimization. Integrated generative AI to enhance solution value.
