To carry out the digital transformation process in the consulting firm, it began with the incorporation of agile methodologies supported by the use of the Kanban philophy using the trello software, using this platform to generate the sprints through the work cells. This allowed to generate iterations in the projects with weekly goals and to be generating a more dynamic flow within the organization,focused on the fulfillment of the internal and external clients.
Generating the philosophy of continuous improvement and reevaluation of workflows has allowed these positive changes in the face of the new needs that the market has generated.
With the arrival of the pandemic, the need to accelerate the change process and continue in the digital transformation process was generated, which led to the proposal and migration to Google Workspace services, which allowed the work online collaborative of documentary level, spreadsheets, presentations, management of information security storage units. Allowing to generate efficiency in the way of working, focusing on collaborative work online, where one works under same version of document and information for the deliverable to customrs, thus generating a better version management of all deliverables.
Beingable to review the processes and filling in information allowed the development of different applications under Google Apps Script (GAS), being able to automate the filling of information from different sources and different collaborators, reducing errors in copying information for fillng in reports such as being able to automate the generation of technical documentation to be delivered to supported by cloud resources and the Google Suite in the development and constant change of the organization, wich leads us to a process of continuos improvement and in tune with this digital transformation process.
